Specialist recruiter Barrow Mount has appointed Rukhsana Shaikh to drive client development across its core sectors of financial services, automotive and social care.
Barrow Mount has confirmed the appointment of Rukhsana Shaikh, who joins the business to lead on client engagement and business development as the firm continues to expand its presence across key specialist markets.
Shaikh brings more than eight years of commercial experience spanning sales, business development and operations.
She has held senior roles in SaaS and recruitment businesses, and has helped build several ventures from the ground up.
Most recently, she was instrumental in launching DKay Recruitment, where she implemented internal systems, scaled CRM-led sales activity and trained consultants to drive performance.
Her career includes senior roles at Bilr Legal Billing Agency and Newsquest Media Group, with a strong grounding in consultative sales, CRM implementation and digital marketing strategy.
She is currently completing a degree in English at The Open University and holds a diploma in fashion design.
