Barrow Mount has appointed Hannah Goldstraw as a senior recruitment consultant.
Goldstraw joins from Alexander Faraday Recruitment, where she delivered retained and contingent roles, placed senior-level talent, and securing new client relationships in a high-paced, remote setting.
She brings more than a decade of recruitment experience across sectors including finance, commercial, supply chain, IT, and public sector. Her previous roles include senior positions at Hyered Ltd, SmartSourcing, and LA International, where she built desks from scratch, worked across contract and permanent briefs, and developed deep candidate networks in specialist markets.
She will report into managing director Ryan Fowler who has worked in recruitment and publishing for over 20 years. He began his career with Kelly Recruitment before roles with Parkhouse Recruitment (part of Select Appointments) and REED, delivering hires in logistics, production and engineering and other specialist roles on both a temporary and permanent basis. At Barrow Mount, he focuses on commercial growth and long-term strategy.
