Barrow Mount Recruitment has been named the first official affiliate partner of the Leasing Broker Federation, as part of a new programme designed to offer targeted commercial benefits to members.
The partnership gives Federation members access to a 20% discount on Barrow Mount’s permanent recruitment offering, which spans roles across the automotive, financial services and operational sectors.

The affiliate scheme forms part of the Federation’s broader strategy to deliver meaningful, sector-specific support through a small number of carefully selected partnerships. Additional affiliate relationships in areas such as technology, compliance and business support are expected to be announced later this year.
